Eleven Stones Ranch

Eleven Stones Ranch is located in the heart of the Ozarks, near Gentryville, Missouri, where we enjoy the freshest air and cleanest water to be found anywhere.

Our primary focus at Eleven Stones Ranch is raising the Red Wattle hog.   The Red Wattle hog is an heirloom swine breed noted for their very flavorful and lean meat.  The Red Wattle hog is listed as an endangered breed by the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy, but with the renewed interest by fine restaurants and gourmets alike, the breed has a chance of recovery.  Click to read more about the Red Wattle.
